On October 4th, a group of Middle Middle School of Plainville students, together with faculty member Camille Westfall, attended the Manufacturing Mania event held at Goodwin College in East Hartford. This event gives students the opportunity to learn more about the wide variety of educational and career pathways offered in today's advanced manufacturing and engineering industries. The program included exhibits and displays from Connecticut manufacturers, a tour of Goodwin’s Advanced Manufacturing Center, demonstrations, hands-on activities, competitions, giveaways, and guest speakers.
