Students from MSP traveled with their teachers, Kim Coyle and Camille Westfall, to the Future Workforce Opportunities Fair, which was held at the Hartford Convention Center on November 20th. The goal was to make middle school students aware of the broad opportunities and well-paying careers available in the local aerospace industry. They had the opportunity to speak with over 90 local aerospace firms to learn about the valuable career opportunities that exist in the industry and discuss the expectations employers have when hiring new employees.
